CHEMOACID 2000
CHEMOACID 2000 is a modern, weakly acid ammonium-free zinc electrolyte for application in both rack and barrel. CHEMOACID 2000 persuades by high shine, excellent ductility and outstanding throwing power. Due to the special formulation of CHEMOACID 2000 the consumption of additives does not increase even at higher temperatures. High salt freights do not have any influence to the cloud point of CHEMOACID 2000 as well.
CHEMOACID 2000 Glanzgemisch is a modern one-component additive for permanent dosage fulfilling highest requirements in terms of temperature stability, throwing power and stability at high current densities.
CHEMOACID 2000 Glanzträger (carrier) and CHEMOACID 2000 Glanzzusatz (brightener) can be used as single components for fine adjustment if necessary, too. CHEMOACID 2000 is extremely temperature stable, so usually no cooling is required. The process is suitable for 100 % recycling. The high efficiency reduces the increase of zinc and the risk of hydrogen-induced brittle fracture almost completely.
CHEMOACID 2000 is free of AOX and chelants and can be supplied as single component or brightener mixture.
CHEMOACID 2100
CHEMOACID 2100 is a modern, weakly acid ammonium-free zinc electrolyte for application in both rack and barrel. In order to allow a continuous air injection in this process only low-foaming surfactants are used.
CHEMOACID 2100 is universally suitable for rack and barrel.
CHEMOACID 2000 Glanzträger is necessary for new make-up and continuous operation. This formulation of the latest state of the art allows the operation by air injection without foam problems.
CHEMOACID 2100 Glanzzusatz produces shiny layers in combination with high ductility and excellent throwing power. This additive is required at new make-up and is dosed continuously during running operation.
CHEMOACID 2100 does not need any cooling and is suitable for 100 % recycling.
