Special process optimizations with our clients define the precise procedures and quality requirements of the products. At the end of the process sequence, there is a first sample test report. This ensures consistently high quality for all components passing through our company. We ensure product quality through extensive testing in all areas of production. In our in-house laboratory, we test workpieces for corrosion resistance according to DIN EN ISO 9227 in a salt spray chamber. Using Inductively Coupled Plasma, we can precisely analyze metal content. Additional testing methods such as titration for chemical analysis, photometry, and X-ray fluorescence for sample analysis are also employed within our facility.
